The BioRadio Data Acquisition System

For research, BioCapture is flexible software platform for hardware configuration, data collection, annotation, and review. Freely available and accessible to all BioRadio users, BioCapture software is an essential program to quickly get started recording BioRadio data.

For research and student design projects, the BioRadio captures data in a flexible file format that is compatible with programs, such as MATLAB and LabVIEW.

For education, the BioRadio is part of the Lab Course biomedical teaching system that teaches students about human physiological signal acquisition, data analysis, signal processing, biomedical engineering and clinical concepts. The curriculum is aligned with ABET standards to help students meet program learning objectives.

Our free software development kit (SDK) is available for users who want to stream real-time BioRadio data into their own custom applications. At its core, the SDK includes a C # .NET DLL, enabling researchers and academics to create applications in MATLAB, LabVIEW, and Windows, along with applications for Android mobile devices.
