Clinical Trials Sales Director

Job Function
The Clinical Trials Sales Director will be responsible for developing business partnerships and selling products into the clinical trials market. The Clinical Trials Sales Director will also build product awareness and increase market share by conceiving, planning, executing, and analyzing marketing strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities
– Create and prospect new leads with pharmaceutical companies to find new potential customers with a focus on the clinical trials market for GLNT’s Kinesia ONE and Kinesia 360 product lines
– Work with existing pharmaceutical clients to expand clinical trials work for GLNT’s Kinesia ONE and Kinesia 360 product lines
– Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and client meetings
– Create formal product quotes and negotiate pricing for complex clinical trial sales
– Attend trade shows, clinical meetings, seminars, and conferences to strengthen and generate new customer relations including finding new Key Opinion Leaders (KOL’s)
– Establish and foster relationships with movement disorder clinicians
– Develop marketing materials, sales strategies and tactics
– Further on-line presence and track analytics
– Develop and meet marketing and sales budgets
– Set sales projections and meet forecasts
– Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and provide feedback to engineering and other groups
– Manage and deploy e-mail campaigns to GLNT customer database
– Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising, will maintain competitive research databases/libraries
– Create product content (e.g. case studies, product videos, user guides, FAQs) to articulate the benefits of our products to prospective customers
– Plan, write, and push press releases to build product awareness

Education and Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science or equivalent (work experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
– Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and/or CRO industry
– Thorough knowledge of the clinical trial process, Phase I through IV
– Exceptional professional oral and written communication skills
– Strong ability to work with team members in all company departments
– Strong relationship building skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel from technical to high level executive management
– Ability to prioritize and multi-task to ensure responsibilities are completed on time
– Ability to take initiative and perform duties with minimal guidance
– Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, Publisher)
– Experience using a CRM system

Accounting and Office Assistant (Part-time)

Duties and Responsibilities
– Assist Accounting Dept with AR and AP data entry
– Purchase office supplies, equipment, components, and services according to ISO 13485 quality system requirements and approved facility Standard Operating Procedures
– Organize file room and maintain records
– Perform a variety of administrative functions to support the Management Team
– Perform receptionist duties; answer the telephone and provide general assistance and information to the public and internal customers
– Help the shipping and receiving department
– Update and maintain device prescription records
– Receive and monitor guests upon their arrival
– Plan and coordinate corporate luncheons
– Plan and organize staff outings

Desired Skills
