Digital Marketing and Web Development Intern

Duties and Responsibilities
– Generate new leads, build brand awareness, and increase website traffic through strategic marketing campaigns utilizing email marketing, social media, and other channels
– Create product content (e.g., product videos, website copy, brochures, case studies) to articulate the benefits of our products to prospective customers
– Convert site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
– Contribute to the ongoing development of SEM and SEO content to increase SERP results for paid and organic searches, including the update of website content
– Measure and report on website traffic, analytics, and conversions

Education and Skills
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
– Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)
– Experience with WordPress
– Experience with email marketing tools such as iContact (or similar)
– Technical writing abilities including press releases and website copy
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Independent worker with strong initiative
– Creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions

Accounting and Office Assistant (Part-time)

Duties and Responsibilities
– Assist Accounting Dept with AR and AP data entry
– Purchase office supplies, equipment, components, and services according to ISO 13485 quality system requirements and approved facility Standard Operating Procedures
– Organize file room and maintain records
– Perform a variety of administrative functions to support the Management Team
– Perform receptionist duties; answer the telephone and provide general assistance and information to the public and internal customers
– Help the shipping and receiving department
– Update and maintain device prescription records
– Receive and monitor guests upon their arrival
– Plan and coordinate corporate luncheons
– Plan and organize staff outings

Desired Skills
– Microsoft Office Suite
