Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all activities pertaining to assembling, servicing, and repairing electronic devices
- Maintain and track production inventory to meet the demands of present and projected sales orders
- Accurately document the build process, assign lot/serial as required, track dates of expiration, and produce test and inspection records
- Pack and ship orders in accordance with established procedures
Education and Skills
- Associates Degree in Electronics or similar demonstrated experience
- Soldering skills, must be capable of demonstrating or capable of learning the ability to attach fine pitch wires, occasionally under a microscope
- Medical Device Manufacturing, including audit experience
- Shipping experience, UPS, FEDEX and DHL software familiarity. Including International Export Documentation
- Packaging skills: Light cartons, no pallets or tow motor skills currently required
- ISO 13485, CE, FDA and Canadian Medical Device Directive experience is a strong plus
- Inventory management and physical count experiences

Responsible for the design, full life-cycle development, and engineering support of software products and associated utilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures the release of software designs, changes, and modifications as well as protocol/test development/approvals are per FDA quality system regulations and ISO 13485 quality system requirements.
- Maintains adequate software documentation with revision/version control.
- Thrives in a team-oriented software development environment.
- Provides analysis related to software design and development and solves problems.
- Designs and implements software applications or operating systems.
- Ensures the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all Protected Health Information that may be received, maintained or transmitted.
- Performs any other related duties as assigned.
- Responsible for maintaining, upgrading, auditing and servicing the products and services provided by Great Lakes NeuroTechnologies.
Education and Skills
- BS in Computer Science, or equivalent on the job experience.
- 2+ years development experience in C#.
- Mobile development for Android and/or Apple (native or Maui)
- Smart watch / accessory development experience is a nice-to-have
- Web / cloud development experience
- Python, Kotlin, or Swift experience is a nice-to-have
- Knowledge and/or experience with Digital Signal Processing is a nice-to-have
- Graphic or UX experience is a nice-to-have
